ICAWA Shuttle & Cab Services

We arrived late at night in Port Alfred. This was the second cab service that we tried. They were able to come and pick us up. We explained to the guy that we also need a place to sleep for the night. He contacted one of his contacts who told him that their place was fully booked but recommended another hotel. The cab guy drove us to the hotel where there was only one room available, and we managed to book it. The cab guy's service was great that we used him again the following day to drive us to town. I would recommend him over, and over again.

Late for the first trip for guests to my wedding & thenLeft my wedding guests stranded from 1:30am after the first shuttle got stuck, completely isolated, most shocking communication & absolute lies about the alternative plan for hours on end. Incredibly unsafe and horrific experience! Still charged for a trip! NOT RELIABLE!
