Horrible Service, charged my colleagues R6000 for an industrial planer that's still under warranty.... and then never showed up for the service. Machine is not even a year old.... I expect a refund for the service fee....

I brought in my Festool Circular saw on the 19 of August to have a simple service. I never got any feedback from Austro, so I phoned them on 2 seperate ocations to find out the progress of the machine and coud get no answer. Eventualy I drove to Austro on 6 october nearly 2 full months later to simply just get a quote to service my machine.I am absolutely dissapointed in the lack of service at Austro to such a point that I will never again do business with them and would advise against anyone who wanted to do business with them. Really really poor service.

Terrible Service, I ordered new blades in June 2017, its now Nov 2017 and they still have not been delivered.After several follow ups and promises, they are still not forthcoming.

Was given coffee while waiting for my blades,the guys were so warm I felt very comfortable,but like the rest of the country corona affected big time shame,but the place is 5 out of 5
