Foscam

The service at Foscam SA was exceptional and will be hard to beat. I've used Fosam security cameras for 10 years - having bought my first ones from Amazon USA. Technically Brilliant. I noticed the local (SA) franchise had the model I wanted last week. The price was competitive. I signed up, ordered and paid online on Monday morning.I kid you not - their Courier arrived at 4pm on the same day with my order. The camera worked perfectly straight out of the box and when I had a technical query I wrote them an Email for help.I received a phone call from a senior person there (Greg - I think) less than 5 mins after sending the Email. After more than 40 years in Business I have *never* had service this quick or this good. Technical problem was sorted out on the phone and I'm now happily using my 4th Foscam. Congratulations Foscam SA I will not ever buy a Foscam anywhere else in the future. Your products, prices, knowledge, attitude and service are simply outstanding. Congratulations and thank you.
