What terrible service!!! I would not recommend this company. They came an hour and a half late. Could not get hold of them to find out where they were. They only called me back when they were in the road. They gave our dog a slap dash job. I asked if ears and teeth were cleaned they said yes but clearly it wasn't. I asked them to please put perfume or powder they said it's finished. The mobile van was filthy and they only started cleaning up when they arrived at my premises. The same brush the guy used to clean up the other dog hair from the floor was the same brush they used to brush our dog. This was a first using them and definitely a last. Never again.

The groomers arrived without the mobile vehicle, but I saw the great reviews and thought give them the benefit of the doubt.The lady was sweet and kind to my elderly dog and trimmed her hair beautifully. She did not receive a proper bath though and to get hold of someone who can actually talk to you and make arrangements for the van to come and bath her is a nightmare. I would strongly advise this matter to be looked into. If your van is broken, dont make appointments and send your staff ill equiped to do the job. Im a first time client and my first impression of you is very poor.
