Pleasant, staff, vet is very helpful will definitely recommend them to my friends

We had to put my baby girl to sleep. She was very old and just couldn't walk anymore. The Vet was so kind and so patient with us, and gave us time to hold her and say goodbye. Thank you for the reception lady as well who was just as kind and compassionate. Truly awesome and caring people. RIP My Sasha girl.

Do not like the way pets are treated, vet doesn't do a thorough check up, doesn't do tests, lack of info/explanation provided, the visit is rushed. My pets are traumatized from the visit - they wrap a rope around their snout tightly, it even left an indentation when they took it off. The assistant is afraid of dogs which doesn't help. Will never put my babies through that ever again.

I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their pets to this vet. Absolutely rude and arrogant staff. If your not qualified for the position do not play with another life. Due to you guys lack of knowledge and advice our dear pet is suffering. Please guys this is not acceptable.

Cheap and efficient, Extremely professional and the Dr explains in detail.The care given to your pet is of a person that loves his job and it shows with the dedication.I will highly recommend. No long ques or long wait before your pet is examined and treated. Pet insurance possibility was also explained. I wish the these amazing people the most highest blessings.Thank you

My mums jack russell passed away about 1month ago. The lovely lady at reception was so kind towards us in this situation. My mums wish was to have ''her boy'' cremated. The lady gave us such valuable information regarding private/separate cremation over the phone that we decided to drive to Shallcross from Verulam. It was quite late at night but we communicated along the way. The surgery was quite busy (obviously with good service) but we were assisted quickly. Dr Mudaly & the Lovely Receptionist had Jack's ashes delivered to the Tongaat branch were we collected.My Family & I thank you and your amazing Team for your hard work & most importantly, your compassion towards our furbabies!!!Best Regards,The Raja Family

It's ok quick and convenient

I took my pet to this vet in November and had not had time to review due to poor treatment I had to rush my pet to an emergency vet up til Date my pet has not recovered from the treatment that this vet has given my pet was picked up by the ears which Is not recommended for a rabbit or any animal! , very abrupt when I called back in for help for the truma that they had caused and was suggested that I take her to a exotic approved vet but when I did call to make an appointment in the first place the receptionist had stated that the vet is an exotic approved which was not true.

So my dog lost his voice and we rushed him over to the vet. He was kind and considerate and explained what was wrong and issued meds. He through in his examination of Bo and took the time to put me at ease.

A vet with a kind heart and love for animals seen by the care that he gives. He is open till late allowing you to finish a day's work and then sort out you furry baby.
