On my first visit I encountered a friendly lady at the parcel counter and coupled with a cashier with sense of humor. The service is very fast even though the queue is bit long in the afternoons.

I lost my clothes just by the door at their West Street branch, when I asked for the cctv footage they denied me access to see it but only to be told that they could not see anything.All their phone numbers on the website and on the till slips do not work.

Bright side: Best Boerewors in town>Dark side: They mark Pork meat as Springpork which can be very misleading especially to other religions not consuming pork meat (initially they used to mark pork meaty bones as Sprongbok now they mark it Springpork) be careful, I recently bought what was marked Sheep tongue" only to find out that it is in fact a "Pig tongue" ZCC people and others please be careful"

Cashiers very unfriendly especially the Pedi speaking yellow bone,she should be packing fridges at the back and not to deal to deal with customers

Bought at the one next to the Tembisa Taxi rank.... They put rotten meat in their fridges and I bought some and only realized when i was about to cook that it was off...…., threw the whole thing away because I knew going there was going to be a waste of my time, no reputable place would sell a customer meat that is off, putting profits before people! Buy at your own risk!
