I'm posting a complaint about the food and service of Steers Lady Grey street Paarl. The food ALWAYS arrives cold. I always order NO cheese and receive cheese. There is NEVER any spice or other condiments for the chips and my food always arrives like it's been packed for animals at a zoo. I've tried ordering from this branch 3 times and today was the last. I tried speaking to a manager but the call never went through and kept on going back to the main call centre. Do not order from this particular branch.

Worst experience ever. After load shedding, we had to wait for the oil to heat to get chips which is fair, but the staff proceeded to give us ice cold burgers, not expecting we would drive back, but the blank expressions was something I could not handle. The manager tried to remedy the situation but that is just it for me at any steers.

I don't like the quality of their food, Oily chips etc Their ice creams not appealing, taste like the cheapest version of ice scream. Not for me... I have given them chances but they have proven to me that improvement isn't their thing. Staff is friendly.

The had:1. No Sauce2. No Rib Patties3. No Macon4. No soft serveGot nervous. Patties were tough and old. Chips were lovely crispy, as always but tasted like old old oil...There is something wrong here...very concerning..

What a horrible experience to eat from this store.If i was the owner i would have been ashamed.Takeaway was sealed and only opened it when I got home.Firstly my wife's burger looked like a squashed mess and with no lettuce.Secondly my burger i had no idea what it was. There was some sort of snot goo dripping out of the side of my burger and it was doused in sauce.Then my daughter had chips. One of the chips had some kind of tooth like thing embedded in the chip. Attached foto of the tooth(chaeger for size reference)This store is an utter disgrace.Money wasted!!!Please do not contact me as i would never ever set foot in your store or touch your food.

I ordered 4 burgers and 3 milkshakes on uber eats. I did my payment of R304.90 and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, my order was not accepted and about an hour later, my money was only refunded. I proceeded to order once again, being unsuccessful again. I went to steers in lady grey street, put my order in, paid and received my food. At home my patties on all 4 burgers were burnt to crisps, there was extremely little sauce and an old slice of tomato.My milkshakes were not ridiculously thick nor were they tasteful. My chips were sour and tasted like old oil had been used.I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of your food!!

They got my order completely wrong. An order of 2 beef burgers one with certain omissions and apparently that means just 2 regular chicken burgers to them. Absolutely disappointing, and they took over 30 minutes while I was in store...

Although the shop was nearly empty I had to wait longer than estimated but the food was good and the cashier very friendly.
