Very good experience Shopping at Trek Wolwespruit. There was a gentleman behind the service counter who gave us some good advice on some full faced helmets, demonstrated all the features very thoroughly and even swapped out some colors when I couldn’t decide on the one I wanted. Very professional staff, well mannered and very patient.Will definitely be back.

The service we received from Lauren at the Trek store was incredible and the reason we will be coming back to this establishment for our weekend rides in the future. We purchased new pedals for our bikes before our ride and asked for them to installed - it took the staff less than ten minutes to fit them. All the Trek store staff are very friendly and professional.The pizza at the restaurant PLTFRM was very tasty and the mountain bike trails are great. This is definitely our new weekend spot!

Excellent service from Francois and co , be it coffee or bike fixes. Always keen to help out when in a pickle on the trail. They also have a great fleet of demo bikes you can book.
