The ten items or less till is often closed. Trollies are filthy. Management at this store is slacking off. Wake up, or you lose your customers.

I mean the store isn’t bad, but when there are 5 tills open and a busy shop, it’s a waste of time, I’m currently standing in a normal queue with two items as the kiosk is closed and there is no express queue. Started standing in this queue at 17:21 it’s currently 17:39. 18 min for this is pretty lousy. Luckily my Mlu one person in front of me. Pnp, please address this.

It is currently 10.45am on a Saturday. Out of the 10 tills only 4 are open. I waited 15 minutes to cash out 5 items, which doesn't seem like much time but it definitely adds up. It is this way All The Time. I only use this PnP out of convenience otherwise I really wouldn't. PnP management needs to pick up their game.

Please could someone explain why there is always a Queue inside the Westwood Pick n Pay , irrespective of the time of day. Just to buy a couple of Loaves of Bread takes about 30-45 minutes. The Express line is the Cigarette counter which has a long line. I have spoken to the Manager Kevin on numerous occasions however he has different excuses & does nothing about it. I now rather travel an extra 7 km to Westville Mall which has a Checkers/P&P/Woolworths & their Management & staff are very efficient.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff! The security is rude, disrespectful & arrogant!Incorrect closing time on this site. The store closes at 5PM NOT 6PM! The staff police you at 5pm to make your way to the till.The security refused to let my husband in at 5.03pm & the cashier refused for me to swipe my husband's card. The manager was no where to be seen. Absolutely pathetic. I left my trolley with groceries valued over R2500 - I will definitely not be returning to this store!Wake up pick n pay - your store is failing your name.

Store staff are extremely helpful. I try to shop there when there are specials or discounts on the smart shopper program that they have. Store is neat and tidy , support staff (cleaners) are immaculate at their duties. Fresh produce section should stop putting up signs apologizing for the less that perfect produce, cause they mostly stock fresh and clean produce.

Had a BAD experience at PnP...Westwood Mall this morning at 9am..two extremely arrogant and rude cashiers and a rude bagger.Walked out after leaving my shopping trolleyWorth a sale for almost R1000.I wont be shopping at ANY PnP in the future.The Store Manager heard my complaintAnd headed to his tillpoints but I was not having to wait around arguing my right as a human being and then a customer....From reviews i browsed going back to July 2019 it seems like nothing has changed re the attitude of the cashiers..So here its not only ONE customer you are going to be losing....
