I booked my van (Nissan NP200) in for a minor service on Wednesday (03/11/2021) at Motus Nissan in South Coast Rd., and informed the gentleman who was signing-in my vehicle of my snag list. I was informed that they would ONLY be servicing the vehicle, and that any additional work would have to be completed on another day as they only allocated time for the minor service. This meant that I would have to book the vehicle in again so that this work could be carried out. This is very inconvenient for a number of reasons; one of which is that one gets to work late on the days of the service. In the past one would be informed during the day of the service of any additional work that needed to be carried out and the extra cost for same; and all work would be completed so that there would be no problems with the vehicle once collected.Nevertheless when I collected the vehicle I was given a snag list of all the faults which required repairs, and advised to book the vehicle in again.Upon inspection of the snag list, I decided to buy the parts from their spares department as I would be able to fit these parts myself; for example, replace the wiper blades, fit the hubcap and replace the radiator cap - which was not the correct one - despite me purchasing it from the same spares department at this Nissan dealership. A gentleman (perhaps a service manager) enquired why I was purchasing these spares and subsequently arranged for them to be fitted.I then noticed that someone (perhaps the mechanic?) had written on the ‘service form’ that the vehicle was not safe to drive.I cannot believe that one can take their vehicle in for a service and find out after the service that the vehicle is unsafe/not roadworthy, which necessitates another booking in order to be fixed.As a female driver I ensure that my vehicle is serviced according to the service plan and that it is roadworthy (tyres etc are changed/repaired).The service received from Motus Nissan was terrible and I definitely won’t be servicing my vehicle there again. Their indifference is unbelievable and so is their “policy” of re-booking a vehicle after it has been “serviced”. Some of their employees lack people-skills. Nissan should concentrate on improving their level of service instead of inconveniencing their customers with extra “services”. They could start with staff training and reducing the number of cars booked in per day so that all work required can be completed per vehicle on one day. During these “uncertain” times companies need to improve customer relationships not alienate/lose customers.

Slow. Slow. Slow. 3 and a half hours for 15k service. Try Datcenter in Pinetown. A third of that. No coffee or refreshments offered.

there was poor communication while the car was on repairs, i had to drive to Nissan to find out how far were they. I asked for quotation to be emailed I did not receive any. When I got there next morning I was ignored by staff members they said they were thinking I was accompanying another client without asking or worse without greeting. Please retrain on customer satisfaction.

Worse and most pathetic service ever! If i had it my way i would not even give these guys a one star! We purchased a car from them 6 months ago and we still haven’t received our license disk and number plate for the car! We have been messaging and calling the guy that sold us the car but he keep giving us the run around continuously telling us tomorrow for the past 6 months!

Opened a bit late on my 1st visit. That's where bad experience ended. When they opened was assisted by by lady by name of Zanele, very curtious friendly and professional. Even called later to update me on progress of work being carried out. Thumbs up

Honest and open communication with your customer goes a long way, staff were brilliant but if the customer is aware of the problem, the cause and way forward most issues can be resolved
