THE most dishonest company I’ve dealt with yet ! I can’t believe people do business like this and still get clients. Definitely no morals what so ever, use them at your own risk....BELIEVE ME

I recently used Moove for an engagement party and within 10 minutes of requesting furniture the booking was confirmed.The furniture was delivered on time, in spotless condition and the employees were very friendly. All of the guests were extremely impressed at how fancy the engagement party was, but little did they know Moove offers the most competitive prices I could find.The customer service I received was exceptional. They are a very easy company to deal with and I will use any excuse to use them going forward

(Also trades as “Lounge Around”) Zero stars from me. (The app does not allow for that option.) Moove gladly accepted 100% payment upfront, 3 days in advance. Did not pitch with furniture at agreed time. Did not answer calls for 3hrs. When eventually contacted, claimed they had no proof of the transaction. Requested proof of payment again. Claimed they were at my gate only to arrive 2 hours later. Delivered filthy dirty furniture that they selected on my behalf after my guests had already arrived. Did not set anything up (my guests were already standing in the space, opting to take cloths and clean the chairs). Failed to collect said furniture on time. I tried to contact the owner. Promises to call back. To this day, nothing. I fully agree with Peter Bez below, absolutely the worst service ever.

In my opinion: Worst of the worst to work with. Unreliable, damaged furniture and late delivery and collection. Then they bring Nigerian bouncers and make death threats to to collect on their behalf.... serously

I got some really cool stuff from them on sale. The decor specialist. They have like an entire warehouse full of decor stuff.

Great service, great staff. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Moove from beginning to end. I would highly recommend their services!

Moove present themselves with classy furniture, their set up is quick and executed professionally. They really took my event the extra mile and went above and beyond just the furniture. Would definitely use them again

The worst suppliers we've ever worked with!!We hired furniture from them for an event and we were extremely disappointed with the service delivery. The furniture that was delivered to us was completely different from what we initially ordered, there was no sense of accountability from either Mark or Joey. Mark assured us that he would refund us a certain portion for the mess that was made with the order, but did not keep his words. We would not recommend their services to anyone! They are unprofessional!!

Moove, Lounge Around they are crooks honestly speaking. I have been waiting for my refund for 3 years. They ignore calls, messages, emails. They brought the worst furniture to my function, they were late and had excuses. Mark & Joey Friedman do not take accountability.
