I joined 3 months ago, up to now I haven’t been registered. When I ask the lady that signed me up keep telling me stories n how she’s on a leave. Let’s not even talk about the service I got when I signed up. All those ladies didn’t even look interested in helping us, I felt like they doing us a favour.

Am not really satisfied with the lukewarm welcome by the staff, we have a situation where a baby in our family passed on two days after birth, the grandparents went to Makamu Funerals hoping to get help as the funds for burial are limited we managed to raise half the amount Makamu Funerals were asking and appealed to them to assist, promising to pay the rest later but we hit a brick wall. This review is not out of spite but just a show of disappointment.

No bazalwane, the service at nakamura funeral is shocking. You call, leave messages and Noone come back to you. I've been receiving sms that my policy has lapsed but I pay at a regular. When I call them to enquire am sent from pillar to post. Out of all those agents none knows what's going on. This is no like their prayer holiness. We pay for a service and expect delivery.
