We have never ordered from Butlers before as we're on holiday from Joburg. Placed an order and paid for two pizzas. Called back as we'd only seen the Monday deal about getting the 3rd free after ordering and paying. We were told we can't get the free pizza as weve already paid...ummm the 3rd pizza is free so what has paying got to do with it? We were told we can get the free pizza the next time we order as our order is now in the oven. we live in Joburg so how is that going to be possible? We should have been told about the free pizza before we were told to pay.Pizza was delivered very quickly but the base was under done and doughy.

Finally! Found the perfect pizza place in Cape Town. From the friendly lady that took my order, hassle-free payment and swift delivery, to the kind bow-tied delivery gent. Not to mention the PIZZA. Thanks Butler's, you made yourself a new regular :)

Wonderful wonderful experience. Ordered for the first time today and received within 20minutes! Hot and tasty, well dressed and respectful delivery man, very pleasant lady on the phone took my order. Will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work. Five stars!!

Feeling really annoyed and shafted by Butlers Rondebosch. I ordered what I usually eat without having to look at the menu. When I called, the operator asked me how I'd be paying and I responded with cash. The pizza was okay and came quickly. I only had R200 to pay for a R150 pizza. I was then told that Butlers no longer gives changes. I was therefore forced to pay 200 for a 150 pizza. Looking back I should just have sent it back. The butler told me that this was company policy, however it never used to be (I mean, really?) And no one told me when I ordered. Super disappointed. Really not on. I feel that I've been done in.

12 large pizzas - fast and perfectly delicious!

My friend told me about Butler's and I had to taste it for myself. Placed the order today on their website and they called me back in a minute or two to confirm my order. They sent me an sms with a link to pay online with a card or with snapscan. After the payment is done you get an email notification and reference number from snapscan approving your payment. My pizza was delivered so quickly and it was still hot! My expectations/standards for pizza have been set very high! All thanks to Butler's pizza. I am happy with the service and more than happy with my pizza. 10/10 recommend
