When promising to get to my house bw 3pm and 5pm they arrived at 7pm. They took my leaking washing with them as the said they couldn’t assess on site. Promising a quote the next day. Three days later I received the quote. They went ahead with the work. Promised to return it on the Friday bw 3pm and 5pm. I paid and waited. They didn’t arrive. On the following Tuesday they returned my machine and it is still leaking. Now I need to fight for my money back? Hopefully not.

I have used their services for many years now and they are always very professional. Always one phone call away. Great value for money and very knowledgeable technicians. I would thoroughly recommend any day to any one who needs an appliance to be repaired.

One of the most unethical and unprofessional electrical service providers you could ever deal with. I saw a previous review wanting to give this company less than one star and I must agree! There technician, Charles, rushed his inspection of my fireplace because he was late for another appointment and it was a Friday afternoon. A replacement part was needed from the supplier which I HAD TO EVENTUALLY SOURCE a week later because no one from NewGees was competent enough to follow up with the supplier for the part. Eventually, I dealt directly with the supplier to assist with my repair. Horrible experience with a company that has no respect for their customers

I wish I could give less than one star. The keep on asking to turn off my business’ power while we’re operating. After asking him to come outside of operating hours he still turned it off and laughed when I asked for an explanation. This caused yet more downtime and not even a response on whatever issue they fixed.What pathetic customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
