Very misleading please pay attention when visiting this restaurant on menu board frappes R27,50 no signage standard or tallWent to TILL price R32.50When queried they had no reply as to miss leading advertisement

Chips were cold and uncooked, the drive through clerk had to attempt to take orders with a headset whose mic boom was hanging by literally one wire, why has the branch manager not requisitioned a new one, She did a good job but under needlessly difficult conditions, so due to this she, not by her own fault, got one of my sauces incorrect for my 10 piece nugget regular meal, I wanted BBQ and sweet and sour, she accidentally placed 1 jalapeno and 1 sweet and sour, when I got to the second window I requested that the jalapeno be swapped for the barbecue they took my slip, didn't give it back either, and then presumably corrected my order only to find that they've given me two jalapeno sauces. My partner's BBQ double burger was soggy with mushy tomatoes and both our coke zeros were flat and the cheese burgers were soggy and tasted old as well.While this may not seem like a big deal but when it comes to be seen through the lens of customer satisfaction and Order correctness it should be addressed.Alot of work needs to be done at this establishment. I think corporate needs to be informed and an Inspection made. Look at the reviews. Something needs to change.

Newly Renovated, Clean, Friendly Good Service, Lovely.

From the start in the drive through the guy over the intercom was very impatient not waiting for us to put the order through and getting incorrect order. 2nd one of the items we ordered was not given to us and at a drive trough i expect them to give the correct order and not me checking it to keep the flow.

Poor service, staff more interested in talking and fooling around than serving customers.

Excellent service, as usual.

Not my first thought for good coffee!

The parking lot is full of drive through customers waiting for orders, if i hadnt paid already i would be out of here,
