The security man working on 16/July was very ill mannered. There’s a big board outside right next to where he sits written that the offices close at 16:00 but he decided to close the doors early, an hour early and only allowed people he knew in. Even though I stepped out to go collect documents at home he still wouldn’t let me. A security guard is suppose to secure the property and its occupants and not intimidate people or be verbal abusive. I understand that they don’t have to be friendly but they don’t have to be verbally abusive.

I hope they should improve their revenue collection standards. We know and understand pandemic regulations are shielding laziness. Favoritism plays a critical part and discriminate between the poor and the rich, the young and the elderly, popularity and otherwise, political and business etc. List is never ending. Queuing like that one for SARS was appropriate.

Officials come in with their friends and family applications and work on them while we wait for very long time on the queue. They elderly are the more venerable.
