Safe Pest Control (Bio Kill)

After spending some time traveling throughout SA and abroad we had picked up bed bugs , we immediately started doing research on pest control and found bio-kill JHB.Patrick sprayed throughout our whole apartment and things seemed to improve until we noticed that despite some bed bugs being killed there were still others biting us at night . We called him and he agreed to return and respray.This happened in early November . We are now starting a new year having to sleep on the couch in our living room . When we called him and explained the situation he accused us of lying and bombarded us with questions and accusations . Unfortunately our phone call ended when he slammed then phone in my ear.We paid R1300 and we still have bed bugs .Needless to say we will have to find a more reputable company that can deal with our problem effectively and professionally .

Costs were quite a bit more than originally discussed and after three weeks were still noticed quite a bit of ants. I was told that kill off is gradual and we should see an improvement. Now two months later and it feels like not much was done. The ants are back. Disappointed with this service.

I am very disappointed after dealing with Safe Pest Control. I guess it's safe for the pests because Patricks' product DOES NOT WORK. It states on the website that one treatment will leave your home insect-free"
