Had a great experience at Kärcher Centre East Rand. They were so friendly and willing to help. Where I bought a AD 2, which helps keep my braai and fireplace clean. I cant wait to use it more as winter approaches.

Purchased a SC 5 steamer and iron combo about 18 months ago. First the iron stopped working and now the steamer. Steamer has been at Karcher from Dec 22…repairs of course have to be paid for in advance. Very limited feedback and only after multiple emails and telephone calls….my last Karcher purchase….can’t wait to get over and done with this nightmare…

I bought my FC 5 more than a year ago and it is still my favorite machine to use around the house, bought my WD 2 6 months ago and the machine is just incredible. If instructions are followed and machines are well maintained you have machines that would last years and save you a lot of time, effort and money.

Battling now for 2 days for someone to read my email or phone me ....I need a replacement part .... because I really do not want to throw away the 3rd Karcher machine and buy a new one just because I can't get spare parts .... PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR AFTER SALE SERVICE....

Buyer beware! Poor after sales service. The nozzle in the power wash wand stops working after a while and parts are not sold separately, the whole wand must be purchased at almost half the expense of a new K2 washer. This is not an uncommon problem with the power wash wand, a myriad of complaints can be found on the internet and there is a lot of advice on YouTube on fixing the problem without buying a new wand but most of it doesn't work.
