PostNet Lambton

I have been there a million times to print photography on high quality paper and evertime they have an excuse that the printer is broken to print stuff on gloss paper. How long is it going to take to fix a machine. They also never have the right paper.It's time for management to wake up. Extremely poor service!!!

Employees just sitting around on phones instead of helping customers. They closed the shop early on a Saturday. Arrived 13:45, Shop closes at 14:00.

Good service but sometimes they are rude

I've repeatedly experienced terrible service from this branch but urgently needed to print 1 page and thought I would give it another go. I googled the trading hours, it stated they close at 13:45 on Saturdays, I therefore arrived at 13:15; their doors were closed but lights were on and their staff members were still inside behind the counters. Staff refused to help me and just stated they close at 1pm. I'll rather drive 15 minutes to another independently-owned branch or use an alternative company such as Post Link.If you're so adamant on having strict trading hours at least ensure your information on Google is correct.

To whom it may concernI'd like to firstly bring to your attention how rudely I was spoken to on the phone by Thabiso. I phoned in to enquire about my business cards and an email I've sent to be printed, as I sent my dad to collect. He was told its take 2 to 3 days when he asked to collect the cards and print the email. I called in to ask what's going on as I was told the cards were already ready for collection and the email simply had to be printed. I had a deadline and needed them urgently for tomorrow and my dad was sent away told that they cant help him. Thabiso was so rude to me on the phone shouting and not letting me get a word in when I tried to explain what happened, and then the phone went dead.I'm disgusted and feel very angry at the way I was treated and that I haven't been helped the way that I always have been in the past. I dont appreciate the way he spoke to me especially.BELOW IS A REPLY TO MY ABOVE EMAIL COMPLAINT FROM STORE MANAGER AFTER HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE.first of all, you DO NOT call my staff STUPID"

The Owner at Lambton postnet is so rude as if the Customers owe him something. He yell at customers and don't know how to treat people.. Advise stop doing business cause if you keep on like this you gonna run out of business soon.

Would honestly give Postnet Lambton a -10 rating if i could. I have been Postnet Lambton x3 now and on the 3rd time I have decide to complaint. It is an on going thing. 1) They are never nice 2) I had to return a parcel from ZARA, I followed instructions as per ZARA had a booking nr for Aramex. They said to me they can't help me they don't use Aramex. (but irony is i have seen the Aramex truck stop to pick up from Lambton PostNet. No I will only do business with the Reef Postnet as they help me without asking any questions.

The most expensive postnet one has come across In the whole of gauteng the prices are more than double than the other shops. They are a total rip off how can u scan 45 pages and pay R160? I don't recommend them ever. I'll never ever use them again. It's a get rich quick scheme. The unfortunate part is they in my area and I would risk ever going back to them. The prices are the craziest in the province.

I had a really good experience today. Sharon was very efficient and such a bubbly personality. I was sending a parcel so had to buy a box there. Sharon called me to the centre and allowed me to tape it up right there in the store. Then proceeded to ask if I wanted to work there as I had done 'such a good job'. :D In and out in about 15 minutes.

Bad bad bad service' since morning I was told there's no internet, until now and the sad part those ladies dnt care about customers and their service is very slow, they leave customers unattended and chit chat about their own things, when I ask about the nearest Postnet since their internet is down, thn they tell me there's no other Postnet near them..mxm im very angry and will never come here for services.
