Green Laundry

The people working here is very unprofessional. My laundry was missing for three days and when you call them to find out where you laundry is none of them can answer you.

I have used their service about 4 times now and the first 3 occasions were fine . Upon my return for the 4th time , I had taken all my formal work clothes to be cleaned and when my laundry was returned to me , there was one Blue Chino pants missing . I informed the employee on duty who initially told me there were 48 items in total , however the lady on duty when I dropped my laundry off recorded 49 and the sticker on the bag also states 49 , so clearly there is a discrepancy . I received CCTV footage of my clothes being unpacked , however the clothes had already been transferred from the bag I had packed them in to a different bag , so the loss could have occurred during the transfer . I will be laying a charge of theft against this business and they can then deal with the authorities .

Honestly can't complain. Upon entering I was greeted and helped in a professional manner. The prices are very affordable and my laundry was cleaned without spots or discoloration.The laundry was folded well and available the next day.Perfect for students.They are not same-day service but this is not too unfortunate, given the price.There is a card machine which makes transactions easier than some cash only laundromats.Some staff members could be friendlier, but it's not their job to chat but to offer a service, which they do well.Would recommend.

Laundry is always ready the next day, never have to wait. Laundry is always folded neatly and smells great and Leslene is extremely friendly and professional, always gives amazing service

Really poor!I have had my clothing washed there twice (wash and fold) and it seams like the staff go out of their way to crease my clothing and fold it poorly.The last time I left a note asking them to fold my clothing decently and it was completely ignored. I have had my laundry washed in Cape Town for two years and I have never come across and Laundry Service this poor.Below is just one of many neglected items. My underwear and sock were never folded and randomly scattered amongst my other items of clothing.

Your laundry is always spick and span and delivered at your preferred convenient time with open consistent communication and time frame.

The lady on the front desk is completely rude and inconsiderate. On two occasions she couldn't work the machine. She shouted at us to rush in and close the door!" and she claims to have sent a message but I had proof I received nothing. She was sitting behind her desk watching videos on full blast (I understand that it's not always busy but this was unacceptable as there were 2 customers in the store). I have been using this service for some time now and I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere."

I normally like the service here, but recently had a terrible experience. I was told to pick up my laundry at 18:00, at which point I was then told that my clothes didn't arrive and should pick it up the next day. I made them aware that I have a flight the next day and was then promised that my clothes will be at Roodebloem the next day at 08:30 latest, and of course it wasn't. I had to drive with a uber all the way to Lansdowne to fetch my clothes minutes before my flight, and at a cost of 315 rand. Really think a refund, at least is in order.

My laundry was received promptly at the time promised. It was all clean and neatly folded. Great service

Excellent and friendly service. 2x two-piece suits done within one day plus some stitching. Looked brand new. Efficient invoicing. Highly recommend.
