Have had only good experiences at the Port Alfred branch.The guys working there are very helpful and always friendly.They also take great care to ensure packages are received or sent with care.Time frames are very reasonable.

Have had numerous dealings with the Port Alfred branch and the team there are highly recommended. They kept me informed of the tracking details of my items and immediately notified me when delivery took place. Marvin always goes out of his way to assist.

The Courier Guy (Jhb) accepted a large, expensive parcel on 12th December for overnight shipment to the city of Grahamstown, E Cape. One would have assumed, following international courier practice, that it would fly or go by road overnight to PE and the following day to Grahamstown (13th ...or being generous 14th). On the 15th I went to collect from their depot to be informed that it had been sent to GEORGE... and would not arrive in Grahamstown until friday. The wybill clearly sats GRAHAMSTOWN KIOSK.Is this the sort of appallingly typical shoddy couldnt-care-less South African service that we have to put up with? Like Sun Couriers before them, this courier will soon be out of business, deservedly so.

Best courier service in the country

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with The Courier Guy. We have had numerous large parcels delivered for us by The Courier Guy. Our last parcel was and still is a nightmare. The parcel a liner for a reservoir was delivered with a hole in the liner which we sent back as we couldn't accept. Obviously the line was lifted with a fork lift that damaged the liner. After numerous discussions with The Courier Guy they refuse to have the liner repaired. They are charging us to return the liner to the supplier and expecting us to repair the liner at our own costs. We cannot deal with a courier service where they have no regard for our parcel.

I called them, frantic to get a parcel picked up from Durban the very next day! There was a count down. This team didn't even hesitate to help. They were exceptional. They immediately did all they could to make sure they would be able to collect my parcel in time. And they did so with great energy. Highly recommend this team.

Delivered a parcel, driver drove in fast. When he was asked to please next time not to drive so fast he got very offended and rude and said he didnt drove in fast and will not drive in next time and will wait outside. When he drove out it was must slower. Even my boss noticed it. Will not use PA Courier Guy ever and will not recommend them
