Postnet provided an excelllent service for a criminal history check. A few minutes to complete online, fingerprints, photo & emailed to me in 2 days R250. ( SAPS 12 weeks!) Thankyou Bongi!

We have been using postnet westville north a few times over the past months (after a bad experience at the westville postnet across the road from lupa restaurant.) Every time we have had excellent service.Last week we needed to get a police clearance certificate from Pretoria and they told us it was closed and hopefully Monday they'd be open. Bongi went out of her way and called CRC Pretoria while we were in store to double check when they would reopen again. After speaking to them, she took down our details and said she would call us on Monday with further updates. Monday this week came as she called us to let us know that crc Pretoria reopened that monday afternoon and that we could come on Tuesday to process our pick up of the police clearance. Bongi has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and going beyond our expectations. Keep up the great work Bongi that you do for the Westville community.
