Had my mirror on my Q7 replaced and also some dents and scratches on fender sorted. They did a good job, and Bradley and the sms system kept me informed of the process throughout. Job took a few days longer than originally anticipated, but my insurance was kept up to date so my car hire could be extended. A month later, I took the car back as my driver's seat was squeaking, and Bradley sorted it out without hassle.

The worse experience, they told me 12 working days , they had my car for 3 month , they never phoned me to update me , I had to phone them and when they said they will phone me back they never did. They lied and never apologized,

Friendly and helpful staff, but they didn't do the minor work on the job card, despite having the vehicle for 2 weeks! The vehicle has to be returned twice to complete the scratch repair/buff. Less than satisfactory. On the plus side, The workshop is spotless and tidy.

Poor communication during the repair. Initial spray work was not good enough and had to be redone. Will take my business elsewhere
