Checkers Bluff

I never had a good energy vibes evertime shopping in this checkers...and most times I leave my trolley and go at Seaview... otherwise it's big and open.

The ladies at the money market are very slow and just dont care about customer service. I waited in the queue for 30min and still wasn't seen to and ended up leaving the the queue very irritated. I then went to Pick n Pay where I was helped by friendly staff. Fast and efficient service.

Great selection of products at the Liquor Store. Check-out is a disaster. Long slow moving ques. Please sort this out.

This morning went to the pharmacy then picked like 3 items stood in the queue when I thought to just ask 2 cashiers who gave me death stares if I'm allowed to pay at the kiosk with disgust and a lot of effort said no then when I suddenly felt someone behind me tapping on me and I got scolded for walking on wet floor which at the time I didn't even notice. The cleaning lady had the audacity to scold me and to tell me look at what I've just done and carrying on talking in her language. I did however apologize but she didn't want it and carried on talking in her language. What I've been noticing is how come as you are doing your shopping floors are being washed! There should be a specific time for mopping floors not when you busy doing your shopping. I feel this is management problem and this causes a lot of unnecessary drama and for one i didn't deserve to be treated poorly for I most certainly would not have done this on purpose. I left the store right after and shopped somewhere else with much better service.*Bad management*Rude workers

Worst experience ever we bought buns and when we came home and opened up the packaging we found a fly.

1st time to Durban in ages & was impressed to see such a wide range of items available at a relatively reasonable price. Staff where very friendly as well.
