They go the extra mile, ensure decent tenants and timeous payments, give me feedback on issues needing attention/ fixing - their management fee is worth every cent - I would not consider any other (even though I get monthly requests from other agents to manage / sell it).Thank you Viv!

Vivien Adler was racist and made it clear she doesn’t like black people. We were ready to put our application through and she came up with different excuses to keep us from renting the place. Went as far as saying the place was rented. When a white friend contacted her about the same place she allowed him to come view the place and was willing to take the application. Very racist and unprofessional!

I have to praise Craig from Seeff for acting with such amazing speed and efficiency and in such a friendly warm manner to my request to find a tenant for my property in Cape Town. 100% recommend Seeff if you want to rent out your house or apartment. The best!

The entire team and in particular Kasia Watchurst has over years consistently been responsive, commercial, integrous, proactive and helpful. What should have saved me time caused me immense stress and additional costing. Due diligence not done, incorrect information given to me that the tenant was a Business Owner – the tenant signed for one person but he sublet the apartment to 3 people. I had a large battle to get my rent & no electricity bills were paid. After my Lawyer finally got illegal tenants to leave my apartment, it was left in a filthy state with appliances that need to be replaced. I paid R26,244 for the service and after meeting with Seeff as an unhappy client they only gave me R8500 refund and very disappointing customer service from the Consultant, Manager & Franchise Owner.
