Good day. On 12/01/2023 ,I went to Mr Xhaust Mr Tyre vanderbijlpark branch to have repairs conducted on my manifold to change the gasket. I was attended to by an elderly African male who is in the work shop to check and quote the job , firstly his manner of approach to me as a customer was very unprofessional as he was very rude, however I still had the job done and was charged r500 for the job which I paid for, however when I went to collect my car the elder African male came to my car on the driver's side and started to demand that I pay him R400 for his services. He then extorted me for R100 before I could drive my car off the car lift. This is totally unprofessional behaviour, especially for a person working for a registered company. I also wonder if the owner is aware of how much money his worker is swindling him for on all jobs that are been done at his workshop.

Very poor work ethics being expressed by some employees. Long explanation why is as follow:Stood by and observed during the shock mounting replacement. Firstly, both front rims were scratched due to an incompetent handler that used a poorly welded-on allen key piece and scratched deep grooves at each bolt hole.Secondly, further body paint scratches were obtained due to laziness to attach pressure hoses to a nearby compressed gas source, causing tension on the car body as it was pulled across. So I lost some paintwork as well.And then lastly, the improper use of client vehicle parts which were handled unethically, where further scratches on my rim were caused due to the same incompetent employee using it as an elevated platform to stand on.I will no longer support this business unless major changes to their operational methods are improved as well as regularly performed quality checkups by the floor manager.

Great service and helpful staff made my Monday alot easier after a flat tyre. Even helped me before opening time. Thank you guys for doing business.

Manager is not in charge. Ask worker prices for job done. Workers took 15 min after 8 to respond to customer. This after come back work to be done.
