Pathetic service from company. Packages are sitting at the facility for weeks, way past the expected date of delivery. Calls are never answered or are put on hold until they are cut and you are constantly transferred from one staff member to another, all of which promise the next day delivery but suddenly call in sick. Further to that, they claim to have been out for delivery but the package is still at their warehouse. The only thing exceptional about this company is their ability to waste your time and resources.

Terrible service from Churchill's. My parcel was received by them on the 18th March 2022. I didn't receive any notification from them. Their landline does not work, no response to my emails, cell phone numbers provided on their website to which I don't get a response. I finally received a WhatsApp response that my parcel will be delivered on 1 April. I kept tracking the delivery, It was out for delivery but still not delivered!!! On 2 April I once again enquiried about my delivery, but no response received. Utterly disgusted, poor Pathetic service!!!

Very disappointed in this service. They had my shien parcel from the 24th March 2022. I had enough waiting so I called them on Wednesday the 6th April (2 weeks later!) They promised it would come on Thursday the 7th. Thursday I call at 10am to confirm time of delivery and I am told that it's only coming on Friday. After speaking to a manager I am promised to receive it on the Thursday. At 3:30 on Thursday afternoon I call again asking where my parcel is, I am told it will definitely arrive on Thursday. Today is Friday and I went in to collect it myself because I do not handle lies. I will ever use your services again. 0 stars!!!

If I could give them 0 stars , I definitely would have because they deserve that and even this 1 star is a reach. Literally the worst courier company I’ve ever used. If you don’t call them to enquire about your delivery, they will definitely not deliver, 0 sense of urgency even their delivery guys. The admin lady phone etiquette is solid 0/10, I did a follow for my parcel and as soon as I stated my problem she said sho and dropped my call instantly I called again same thing yooo ha.ah. Very incompetent delivery agent and I will definitely not recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! They are absolutely amazing and on the ball. Harry was so attentive and made sure that I received my parcel in time. He called and messaged to check up and went completely out of his way to help me out! I would give them 100 stars if I could :)

I don't know what to say I'm very disappointed in you guys. You don't care about your customers. I don't think I'll order from Shein again... I called and asked for my parcel not to be delivered cause I was going to pick it up myself since you take too long to deliver and I don't know who decided to put my order for delivery and when I call you said the truck has been hijacked.. and you don't even care to inform us.. we have to call and do the follow up yooh hayiii niyayenza intoyenu shame

I ordered through SHEIN and buffalo logistics says that this company has had my parcel for the past 9 days. it has been at the durban facility for 9 days. I phoned in yesterday, they had my package and said it will be DELIVERING the next day. the next day, while I was at home, it says that my package has been signed and delivered. I had not recieved my parcel. the lady I spoke to was very polite but I am scared this is a scam. they say it will be delivered tomorrow.

Very disappointing that buffalo logistics would use such a company. They honestly never came to deliver my parcel and after trying so many times to call with no answer. I got notified by buffalo that parcel is been taken back and i need to pay for second delivery. They never even tried the first time so why should i pay for a second delivery. This is very disappointing, i would never again buy items handled by buffalo logistics from china as they have offered churchills the task to deliver but has done nothing to solve problems. Absolutely 0 rating

They take forever to deliver i even went to collect the parcel myself since they don't bother to deliver on time. They have a lot of packages and i think they fail to send out many parcels to people. It's better to collect them yourself than to wait for weeks

I was frustrated at first when I was told the driver could not find me due to insufficient address and cellphone details. I called them and received a very good and kind response and my parcel will be delivered tomorrow. I think the drivers need to improve on professionalism but overall the service is great.
