Club Street Kennels & Cattery

Extremely disappointed. We were away on holiday , so our brilliant pet sitters offered to get our boy groomed. He is a French miniature poodle and therefore has a specific hair style and cut. It was requested by the pet sitters that club street kennels JUST DO A WASH. When our boy came out they had totally shaved him inappropriately after requesting just a wash . They informed the sitter his hair was so mattered they had to shave which has never ever been an issue to any of the other groomers we have taken our boy to. He is brushed every third day to ovoid such. Club street kennels, if you aren’t qualified to cut certain breeds please don’t offer the service.

They really are a lovely home away from home for the animals.They keep you updated with how your pets are doing via Whatsapp and even sent photos. Gives owners such peace of mind.

What a great place yo leave your fur babies knowing they will be safe

I have now used this service on 3 separate occasions and will definitely return. The booking process is efficient and the team are friendly and competent. My dog was well looked after during her visits and I even got some pictures to show her playing while I was away. It is heartbreaking to leave your beloved animal in the care of someone, but the team are probably the best people to take of your fur baby. Thank you for the excellent service

It was my first time at Club Street and l was really amazed of the service, love and kindness that staff has got on people and animals.

Left my fur baby for a few days here and when I collected him, he looked happier at club street than my home. It appears that he was well looked after. I will definately recommend club street kennels.

We travelled overseas, and were delighted when we picked up our dog who was so happy, and well taken care off! Had heated indoor facilities over winter, and everyone took such great care of her. We received regular whatsapp updates with photos! Chloe loved the place!
