Worst service on the entire planet. Still awaiting house to be registered till this day and nothing is progressing as the purchaser and seemingly the estate agent have more input that the seller.7 months is a long time to be registering a house JJR Attorneys!!!!!I cannot even begin to express my concern with the lack of accountability and efficiency or even responding to concerns the seller has been querying about for the past few months.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM OR KW Property SA to deal with the sale of your home.

Delays and lack of information. The secretaries are sending weekly updates, which does not seem different from previous weeks. I left a message as we are already in March, was originally told transfer expected end January 2022.Would not recommend them at all. Sellers must do their homework and not allow estate agents to convince or as they say, recommend these conveyersor. Last week informed, transfer before the 14th of March 2022, now I'll feel lucky if transfer could be by end March 2022.

I first attended the logbook course, which was so well structured and easy to follow. It allowed me to prepare, complete, and hand in the logbook in the shortest time possible. The facilitators for the 1st Logbook session were both Freda & Jaco, while the rest were facilitated by Jaco. The course presentation was spot on, they guided us on how to put together the portfolio of evidence (logbook), pointed us to key sections and projects, explained key topics during the sessions and were very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, efficient and they were answering all questions and encouraging participation. There was also a WhatsApp chat group, where questions were allowed at any time and answered as and when they were received. The facilitators also availed themselves a week after the course prior to submission of files to the PPRA to review all attendants’ files to ensure compliance. The support was amazing.My logbook was found to be compliant by the PPRA, I received a response literally two days after submission. I immediately registered for the PDE4 exam and the PDE Prep Course that was again arranged by JJR and facilitated by FK Consulting.The PDE4 Prep course was facilitated in only one day, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm by Freda. The first time I attended the prep course, I arrived late and my file wasn’t complete, it was also a week before the exams and I didn’t get enough time to study therefore I decided not to write the exam in April. I was then lucky to find space in the prep course for May exams, I made sure I arrived on time. JJR had prepared a full file for attendants, with excellent material including the file index that FK Consulting put together for us to make it easier in the exam with questions answering. I listened to everything that Freda taught us, I made notes and highlighted all the important topics she taught us. I made it to the exam even though I wasn’t confident enough with the studying I had done. I applied everything that Freda taught us, and then I passed with 74%. I am proud to say that I am a Professional Property Practitioner today because of FK Consulting and JJR. The process took less than 3 months, from logbook prep to full status. I am looking forward to attending a PDE5 Prep course with them, and I have no doubt that I will pass the first time and qualify at a principal within the next 6 months.I have since been recommending them to other candidate property practitioners and principals because they are really the best.
