I didn't like their service, they promise to gave us breakfast bt dololo, and their bed not comfortable, I won't visit this place again

The place was dirty, the bedding was old.. the rooms and the outside was dirty. The furniture is old and falling off. There were people making noise up until 3 am in the morning. Someone tried opening our door 2 times and we felt really unsafe. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book at that place.

The place was dirty. Urine smell all the way from the reception. We were given room 2 and 3. The beds were horrible. Especially in room 3. Twin beds joined and springs hurting our bodies. The sheets and pillows were also not clean. Thank God we had our own pillows and throws.

Great hospitality from the staff an they are friendly when you are calling them for any enquiresI left my phone when I was checking out and I called and when I got back my phone was still on the room.

I hate this place, i regret paying my money and going there just too be disappointed, its very unprofessional and also very dirty, the manager was very rude towards my family and i, i payed R2550 for the weekend but instead we left the next day and wasn't refunded, the manager was drunk the very first night my family and i went there and he brought out a snake which terrified my family, the kitchen was in a mess and the pool was so dirty, i do not wish too go back there and i would advise people not too book this place! Its the worst place ever! Still waiting on my refund till today! Such a waste of my familys time and money.
