My favroute store in the whole wide world. Just wish they had more staff knowing what they sell. I feel if you are in sales you should always know what you sell amd where to find it without the need to consult your system 1st.

Called into the store and a gentleman answered I could hear him very well but he insisted there is and issue with the phone line ..He had me repeatedly ask him for help to which he pretending not to hear me .. horrible telephone service

My daughter wanted a few books for herself. We started talking and mentioned my wife collects Stephen King. I was shown their very extensive collection. I found three books my wife does not have in her Stephen King collection and then got myself 3 books as well. This all because of friendly sales staff that went out of their way to help my daughter...

I show up to bookstores with no idea what I'm looking for, and this one is not as big as some of the others, but I've managed to find something interesting more often than not. I've also come away from here with puzzles and games.

I placed an order for books, I forgot to let them know I couldnt make it and when I got there today it was still held with my name on it. The rest of the books not in stock and ordered will be delivered to my workplace. Bonus was getting another book on sale. Extremely efficient and friendly staff.
