Perfect service from Bennie, who managed to obtain a battery for me and organised to have it installed. Unfortunately, rude and obnoxious interactions with a different salesman (a tall man) on site when Bennie wasn't available, spoiling the whole experience - just because I questioned the need for photographs taken of my car license disk, tyres, speedometer, etc. when all I needed was a battery status check on the new battery. I was told in no uncertain terms Unless you let me take all the photos I want

It's pretty decent, staff was friendly and helpful. Had all 4 tyres replaced on my GTi and a tracker installed, coffee machine needed refilling and I had to wait but atleast they have one.

Greeted with a smile even before getting out of your car, friendly staff from the workshop right to the cashiers. Professional service done efficiently. Well done to Jeanre who steers the Tygervalley TWT branch - one can see there is a fine tuned leader at the helm.

Quick and helpful. Also open and honest... it's fine as is so don't do the balancing now because you need to replace tires in a couple of thousand kilometres and it's just a waste of money." Thank you for keeping the customer's concerns in mind. Great stuff."

They are very popular and busy, but such great service. Bennie, our salesman was awesome. Great customer focus and explained things in detail and put in a lot of effort to make us comfortable while waiting. Will be back for sure
