Having been a loyal client of his other massage practice since 2007 & now through the new specialty service for women, I can confidently say that The Massage Guy - Durban is truly in a league of his own. Finally a massage therapist who is able to intuitively read my body and adapt his massage styles accordingly to give it the right form of treatment it requires, without rushing to get it over and done with like so many other therapists do. I had never received a professional massage in the past, The Massage Guy was my first experience and it was an amazing one. Such passion! I felt so relaxed afterwards. I don't think I want to try any other massage places because I can't imagine anyone reaching his bar, the standard is extremely high!

Having been a client of The Massage Guy - Durban for almost 2yrs now, this review is a little overdue but at the same time, even more of a testament to his amazing consistency & proficiency as a massage therapist. I didn't imagine this to be possible after all this time but Lyle has just gotten better & better over the years. I put this down to his keen dedication to constantly learning new massage techniques & improving his understanding of human anatomy & physiology. He knows his way around the body and pays careful attention to detail to release every bit of pain & tension in your body. This is something truly special.If you are fortunate enough to have a massage from him, you will feel the wealth of skill & expertise he has developed during his massage career. Lyle is a true expert in his field & without a doubt one of the most gifted, skillful massage therapists in South Africa. Being a professional dancer & athlete, there is no one else I would go to for massages. I have experienced a number of massages in my life in various countries but none come close to these.
