Unreliable, disgusting product and services!!!!!! Bought their product which did not work properly and gave me endless problems. I contacted the owner Quinton many times to sort the problem out, he was very rude and never came to resolve the issue. I had to get a competitor to assist me who gave me 100% better service. If there was an option to choose no stars, that's what I would rate them. This company should be closed down!

Horrible!!! Unprofessional! Don’t use this dodgy supplier. Inept garage door repair. Misaligned door,; no scheduled rework visit as promised. Rock up whenever. Pathetic job. Runaway.... Still ducking and diving. In the meantime, repair completed to total satisfaction in 20 minutes by competitor on a scheduled and honored appointment. There’s better to be had.

Do not use this supplier. They will heavily overcharge you without any conscience for simple repairs. Do not come back to finish the work and then block your number. There are more honest suppliers out there. Stay away!

the after service/ maintenance promised is only in name and to get the sale. after installation, they simply ignore you.

BEWARE. Don't touch these scammers with a barge pole. You will lose your money. They use different names like Universal Group" and "Universal garage doors". They are a bunch of thieves."

NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!They are scammers and use different company names.We paid R15,000,00 deposit of a R19,000.00 job and voila....... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OR RECEIVED. UNANSWERED EMAILS AND CALLS.I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.I HOPE THIS IS A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC AND I THINK WE ALL SHOULD TAKE THIS TO CARTE BLANCE, AS MANY OTHERS ARE GOING TO GET THIS TREATMENT FROM THEM.DO NOT USE THEM PEOPLE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE.

Rookie mistake on my part as I should have checked the reviews prior to contacting them. Unreliable, unprofessional, zero customer service, no after-care / follow up service. No response to phone calls, whatsapp messages or emails to repair the faulty door following the installation of reconditioned motor. Avoid at all costs. I had better assistance from the complex maintenance person. 3 month guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on, might as well write on your stomach and wipe off with a wet t-shirt. If it would let me post without a star I would have done so.

I strongly advise against using this company. After a 13 hour power outage my garage door was not working. 2 technicians from the company were sent (Yolande confirmed that there would be no call out fee). We found out that there was a short in the plug socket we used, so we just plugged it into another socket. After which the garage door worked. The technician Moses kept on interfering with the circuit board claiming that it had to be replaced (cost R2800) while his partner Raymond said that they had to take it back to the office to check the fault (cost R3200). Moses continued interfering with the circuit board messing the operation of the gate while his partner Raymond prevented the gate from closing while we were told the circuit board, batteries and motor must be replaced (cost R7600) because the gate was not closing. We told them not to touch the circuit board or gate, and tested the gate with our remote and it worked. We told them to close the board and leave everything as is, and our garage gate works perfectly. We were charged a R450 call out fee for them testing whether electricity flowed into the circuit box and were quoted R7600 to repair a circuit box and motor that works perfectly. Please be very aware of what technicians are doing-- don't get scammed.

I should have read the reviews not sure who owns this company but they are a disgrace. No service unprofessional conduct please do not use them they are a disgrace.

Pathetic is an understatement!! Zero customer service! This company installed a door with a 10 year warranty. I have been trying to get them out 3 times since Dec. Only false promises so I guess the so called" warranty is also just on paper with zero action. Very poor! One would think people want to work during this pandemic..."
