I like that I'm able to go on a Saturday and the queues are not bad. The staff is friendly and the fees are not bad.

I've always had a great service at the clinic but the last time I went the security guard was very rude and also the nurse that was attending me and my son for our six weeks, was clearly distracted by her colleagues gossiping and hardly paid any attention to us, I asked her to check the baby which she did not, I was very upset by her unprofessional behavior as we pay to be attended to. Hopefully my next visit things change.

The service is good nurses are so nice and friendly, however the guy by the gate is so rude and disrespectful he doesn't know how to speak to people, he receives people at the gate but he does not even greet.. his face is not welcoming he doesn't even have a smile.

Long queues 1 nurse at the time..patient wait upto 3 hours in order to be assisted. Nurse went for lunch for almost two hours and the patients had to wait and no one attended poor sick people
