I was given a quote on the 15 July 2020 for windows to supply and replace glass at my house. They were kind enough to give me a better price, i was asked to pay a deposit of 17% I infact paid the whole amount on the 24th July 2020. its getting close to a month and i have not gotten any feedback as i have to call everytime and ask them. i understand with the pandemic there are delays but no communication rather they give excuses. It should not take 3weeks to replace a glass when it has been paid for in full.
