I ordered 2 custom made rings from Pearl & Design...and I had impossible deadlines because I didn't plan ahead. They were made to perfection and they met both deadlines! The one ring ended up being more difficult than envisioned, but the communication throughout the process kept me in the loop, and the end product was a work of art, and an incredibly special gift. I would never go to anyone else for that special one of a kind gift!

I wont recommend this unprofessional dishonest and unethical jeweler named Andre! As you can see on the photos its 2 different designs! I paid a deposit on the first ring, he made the changes in the design and courier the ring to me. I only realized after i paid when i received the ring that the changes was made without my consent!! When i asked Andre he denied everything and blocked me! The proof in the photos. Andre has to live with his conscience! Just make sure you dont trust this business!!! Andre has to live with his conscience, that is if he has one!!!

Had a ring made at Pearl & Diamond clearwater mall. Madeline was so amazingly helpful and kind. She kept me updated daily, made sure my ring was made timeously. Truly amazing service from her. Especially since this was a sentimental custom piece. She really understood I'm so thankful. Wonderful work! Come here if you want a custom piece - I couldn't get it done anywhere else.

With my brother getting married, I asked Madeleine about getting tie-pins engraved with my dad's handwriting. At first, the image was too difficult and Madeleine spent the time tracing it herself to ensure that it could be done. I fetched them today - and I am over the moon! My dad's spirit will be with us on the day. Thank you Madeleine from the bottom of my heart!
