Great friendly service every time I shop there.. I don't even have to ask for help taking heavy trolley of cat litter and food to car.. One of the guys will be there to help me to load bags into my car...they go that extra mile which unfortunately alot of retail outlets dont do..

Best and helpful experience every time!Went in just for a price check and to see if they had what I needed before I decide to purchase, had three people offer me assistance which is great customer service.Second time coming in and they were very helpful after a horrible experience with Pet World XXL (first and last time that I will use them)Will always continue to use them, great quality products at affordable prices

The guys are so friendly. The only downside is that you can't scan to pay with your phone yet. Hopefully they'll upgrade soon.The have AMAZING stuff and they're not expensive at all.I'll definitely drive past other pet shops to go to them.

I find their pricing is fair and competitive here. Cheaper actually than pet world hyper which is around the corner from them.I just think their scratching posts are expensive but that’s not something you buy everyday.Cat food was a legit R20 a bag cheaper than at pet world.

Fantastic service from the males working there. There are a few prices that needs some adjustments, like the toys and accessories (e.g. dog leash, tags, etc). Then there are also affordable prices on cages and variety of dog houses and cushions to choose from. I enjoy shopping there and already running back regularly for my puppy.

Prices are very good compared to other pet shops in the surrounding area. Staff here is also very friendly, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience!
