They should stock up more regular to make it easier to replace lost school clothing items. We had to visit shop twice to be told there ain't specific brand in stock. Atleast they took our details for client relations.

The sales lady I think her name is Dayline, assisted me and my daughter very well. She knew exactly where to find everything we needed and even made very good suggestions. My only complaint is that the music in store was WAY to load.

Absolutely pathetic after sales service when it comes to the return policy. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, we are however forced to go to them, which in itself allows for them to dictate exorbitant prices and nevermind the shockingly poor sizing inconsistencies. It my 1st time buying Spark golf shirts beginning for 2023 year. The shirts colour is off already and I complained, the supplier said I didn't follow the washing instructions and that I used a lot of detergents. Mind you I use sunlight bar soap. They didn't own up and bother to really test the same batch ot tshirts. So infuture not buying here anymore, my kids can't even take school pocs because the tshirts are soo ugly..

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful however the prices are ridiculous. I am an average mom, with an average income. I don't understand why I need to pay R110 for a tie and almost R700 for a raincoat. It's ludicrous, especially during this time of Covid. So many are struggling. Surely the cost of school attire doesn't have to cost so much? Where's the stationery in all this? I am a partner in a small stationery company and I think it's unnecessary

Bad service from the willowbridge branch. Promises one thing but when it comes to keeping it they have major stories. Worst service I have ever experienced. Pus item was paid for 2 months back.
