Great service I was welcomed with a smile and assisted in no time at all

Alarmnet may claim to be a security company, but they are only an Alarm installation company . An expensive one at that. They say they do armed response but in my many experience with them they only response long after the incident is over and once you have lost most of your assets and hard earned property. I will never suggest anyone to sign up for their services. You are better off with privately getting an alarm system fitted as it ends up to the same thing. At least you can save monthly on paying a so called security company a service fee that is off no benefit to the consumer and only benefits the people pocketing your hard earned money.

The worst alarm company ever!!Had a break in and called the number posted proudly on the board, goes through to the owner Suleman, I explain what happened only to be cut off after being told I’m busy and can’t help you call My office in the morning. The contact center did not notify us of the breakin, the report left at the gate says they checked yet had they checked the would have seen the house was broken into. We called 3 times for feedback and not once got told the house was broken into. We go to the house to find the alarm disconnected and still Alarmnet do not notify us. This company is a joke and the owner is ripping people off by not living up to the needs of people who trust a security company hence they pay a fee toLook after them. Do your job and do it properly or get out of business! Second time we’ve had a breakin and the service is the same poor pathetic service it’s always been! Time to look at a new service provider in the south who actually cares about the people who pay for protection.

Only one person in the entire office who was able to assist me with my query, and she was out to lunch at the time. She returned my call 3 hours later, then called me the next day because she forgot she already assisted me the day before.

If they can teach their personnel that security is not just about Guarding homes but it starts on the street.Their thug driver almost hit me when I was running on Randfontein Road near Azaadville, a generally quite road & ideal for Runners.He intentional left the road to scare me off the road because 'Runners are not people' and he thinks the road belongs only to cars.He even showed me a middle finger when I looked back after he's passed.Pathetic scum. Incident happened Monday 3rd October 2016 at around 5:30pm.
