Everything they have done have led to me appointing Sutherland attorneys as my representative for all my legal matters.

Had a terrible experience with these lawyers. I do not recommend using them. They will take over 3 months to transfer the property then block you on whatsapp when you get upset. Truly unprofessional service recieved.After noticing an issue with my property I receive clauses from them about how it is now my problem with no attempt to protect me on this deal. The issue is with a leaking toilet and not even 30 days from taking occupation. This is not something I could break by using. Shower door leaks because it was not sealed correctly but they won't take accountability for these defects.Using them will result in many unexpected costs on the sellers side.
