A week before I went away overseas I had my toilet window randomly shatter on me. I needed a warranty job done under priority so I contacted Affinity Windows and I was told there was an urgent job put on to fix this problem. I had to make my room mate stay home from work one day 2 weeks after I had left so they could replace the pane. I understand that it takes time to manufacture a custom pane of glass but it still wasn't Urgent". So I came home from overseas to find the glass panel had just been pushed out all over the ground. This is poor workmanship in every sense of the word. Thank you Affinity Windows......."

Excellent service picking up a couple of sliding window locks the other day. Lady at the front desk even showed me how to install them .

Poor and ability to provide a water proof window. Three years of 'fixing' and still have water gushing through the window every time it rains. Numerous visits - 0 times we've had a water proof window when it rains. The rest of the windows in our build also shake throughout the house all the time, and are so thin they provide ZERO sound barrier between inside and outside. May as well use glad wrap and gaffa tape. Not one to leave a bad review but we've had nothing but issues with these windows and the lack of effective customer service and am sick of cleaning up the mess!

We had a small order, 2 windows and a door, and were complete novices about how to order, patsy from customer service was amazing, patient with all my questions and emails! The price could not be beaten, and the product has come within estimated time and im very happy with it.

If I was to judge your quality of work off the quality of your employees I would rate a 0 Ute with plate starting 1HAH passed me going about 30km/h over the speed limit down the Kwinana freeway yelling at me out the window not the smartest thing to do in a work Ute

Over a year since windows were installed and still waiting for flyscreens!!! While some Affinity staff have been great (thanks Tony and Peter) I’m now sick of being given excuse after excuse as to why they aren’t yet fitted. Also some other small issues yet to be resolved which is very frustrating
