Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. A place filled with empty promises, I was told the car would get a full service before buying and issues with car came up within 2 weeks of driving it was then told they would call me and they would do a proper service and never heard a word from them. I am now left with a bill of R18 000 in repairs.Take my advice and save your money for some place else.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. They promised us a fully working and fully serviced fiat. 3 weeks later we have been quoted for an R18000 service because absolutely nothing was done by donlo. Absolutely terrible service, promises that were never kept and when we mentioned it to them we got no response whatsoever.

Good friendly service

Worst after sales service I have ever received. We purchased a Mercedes GL500 form this dealer that was delivered in far worse condition than we were lead to believe. Non of the internal air vents were in working order and the vehicle need both disc and pads replaced on the rear (less than 1 month of having taken delivery) After multiple messages to Donovan about the poor condition of the car and over R20 000 rand spent to repair the most urgent items we got nothing but silence. The vehicle also had a knock on the front-end, which we notified them about and let them know we would get back to them once the problem was found. This turned out to be a worn Torsion Bar, Upper Control Arms (front left & right) as well as 2 engine mounts and a gearbox mounting a repair of over R90 000. Never mind the cosmetic items on the exterior at an additional R10 000 and more interior items, more air vents, a super-glued center console facia (for the air vents) and a front driver side headrest stuck in its foremost setting that needs replacing to the total of R14 000. With labour, even at a non-Mercedes Benz dealership workshop we are in for well over R130 000 not including new rear air springs and rear struts! The response so far from the dealership, via Agusta, is that we are on our own... But is that what the CPA says? Please do not end up in the situation we have found ourselves in - if you intend to buy from this dealership take a mechanic with you, and don't bother with the Warranty that they'll want to sell you with the vehicle as it will not cover anything except the engine mysteriously going up in flames!Thank you Donlo Auto for putting my family of 6 people at risk and costing us well over the market value of this car - the car price and the cost to repair it.
