I’ve been doing my nails here for over 7 years and I’ve never had anything to complain about.From the excellent staff to the unique talent and skills of the nail technicians. Not to mention the incredibly long lasting and strong acrylic nail formulas they use.Nele is top tier.

Probably the worst set of nails I have ever done in my life. I asked for a french ombre and this is what I got. I am so disappointed.

I had an appointment for 13h00 and when I arrived I was told the nail technician who had to help me is not at the salon. I was asked to wait, which I did for over 20 minutes. The nail technician never arrived and they requested to reschedule my appointment!! This place is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend this salon.My time and money was definitely wasted!!

Thick nails and uneven and didn't last a week. They started to lift.... Perhaps just the technician. The place was packed so seems alot of people go there. Was not cheap either so I expected better for the price. Don't do nail art, just colour. Beware it burns like no one's business when it cures AND you have to buff it off. Can not soak off...

You need to find the best person to understand what you want. After 2 technicians I found Bonolo. Gold, platinum, diamond, technique. I dont mind paying the cost of my nails because Bonolo is excellent.

Painful experience. The formula that they used burned me after it went under the UV lamp. The nails looked good but the experience was not great. The Service was good though!

I will keep coming back to do my nails here. Walking away every time feeling fabulous. Their products are awesome, have never let me down, and I've walked 7weeks with one set, still looking great till the end!
