For a complex in very nice area, there is lots of break ins in the last year. Also in desperate need of overall maintenance! Much fun if your kids like playing in sand where grass once was...

Outside of the building really needs some paint and the grounds could do with some gardening input. Some tenants have washing outside on their balconies.
