Exceptional service! Staff is extremely friendly and eager to offer advice. The store is never as busy as the Cape Town branch so the turnaround time is quite short. They don't always get the dimensions correct, though, which is a slight downside - if you have to trim your own prints before they can fit into frames, you lose a little bit of trust... But otherwise, top notch.

Orms literally saved my pictures and all my beautiful memories. I got my film developed elsewhere and all my photos came out bright pink (either from old film or bad processing, who knows). I brought the damaged negatives to Orms and in one day they were able to send me back clear digital copies of my precious memories. I was so happy I could cry. Plus, the staff who were working when I came in were so incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. Amazing experience, I'll only trust them from now on.
