Southport Municipal Clinic

I have never ever been to a clinic before but circumstances change and I now have to go to a govt clinic to get acute meds. I got there super early hoping to helped first but this one nurse had such an sense of authority it was ridiculous. I was humble throughout, did exactly was was told and yet this nurse, Gugu was her name, was just rude and downright awful. Imagine waking up everyday being like this. Gugu, I owe you nothing, I just wanted help as this was my first time and to be treated like that was disgusting. I eventually left because I would not have been helped. If this is how all the government health care workers are like God help us all. You are not God's, just mere people whose profession it is to help people , not be disgusting individuals.

Usually full but very best service. Everyone is friendly from the security to the nurses.

Friendly nurses and it's usually not busy in the afternoons.

Small but very clean and very friendly staff. From the security, admin, baby scaling lady, small counseling that is full of love, and the young lady who does babies immunization WOW!!! I WISH ALL THE CLINICS STAFF HAVE THAT ATTITUDE. SOUTH PORT CLINIC STAFF YOU ARE THE BEST OF ALL THE CLINICS I HAVE EVER ATTENDED.

There was this 1 nurse who was very rude... Yoooh.i felt like crying the way she was talking to me

The waiting in the sun outside the gates i dont like before even going in is the worst.

Definately appreciates the registering clerk at reception and the experienced sisters on duty. This clinic has 1 toilet for male & female inside the clinic and 1 toilet outside which the door cannot close properly!, but the most concern is the female toilet Floor" inside the clinic which is most of the time unhygienically wet with urine
