I have been trying to get clarity as to why I am not operating on the promised line speed ( AS SIGNED CONTRACTUALLY ) multiple emails which seems to just go to a dormant mail account or terrible agents ?I went into the office on Wednesday last week and dealt with someone called Keeran I believe , he was very helpful in terms of logging the ticket , however there seems to be no record of it now , no ticket number was sent to the account holder , our debit order has gone off and we are still not receiving the line speed we signed on! We are operating on a 8 MB/s line when we signed the 80MB/s contract… maybe this will actually generate some response…

Poor poor service, vox customer support, they don't even answer the telephone, PATHETIC!!!!

Bad service. Octotel came and install my line on Monday. Guy who installed line said they will send someone to install router in 48 hours. It is Friday and nothing yet.Think of cancelling with Vox

Bad service. Nobody answers a phone when contacted. Internet só slow that I cannot even get into their portal.Can hardly stream anything to watch on TV.

HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH VOX!!!! I’M CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. AFTER HAVING TO WAIT GOR SO LONG TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT, HE WAS SO RUDE AND WAS SO RUDE AND ALSO HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THE ONLY WAY HE COULD HELP IS IF I HAD A LAPTOP DEVICE WITH ME AND IF NOT “TOUGHIES” I’LL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CALL OUT SERVICE WITH FROG FOOT…

One area vox is extremely good in is to cut your internet if you paid and they cannot find the payment. Not very fast to switch it on again. My second time it happened so I think it is time for me to look for a more client service orientated provider

For a company who says their aftersales are excellent they sure don’t respond to any emails or calls and when they do pick up the phone or put in the effort to call back, the customer service operators are rude and of no help at all. Would not recommend Vox’s service to anyone

I went to there stall IN front of the PnP in George. Got sold an TP-Link to improve the poor signal i am paying R651 on fibre installation for in late Dec 22. Send emails went to there offices even to ask when will it be delivered. Now 10th Jan 2023 still nothing. no response from email , phones does not get answered. Such poor service.

Already waiting two weeks since ordering at VOX. Only had to activate the existing fibre line and send a router. My goodness.
