The staff over at Chaos Computers were extremely helpful with great conversational skills and a fun can do attitude that will keep me coming back for more. If you aren't up to conversing with other humans, I checked, and they do online orders as well.In the past I have used different retailers which lacked the personal touch" factor and that is something the staff at Chaos Computers has in abundance

I have been a client of Chaos Computers for the last +-10 years and I have had nothing but good service from this company. I have purchased all our computers, including printers and UPS devices etc over the years and always feel like I have had a fair and honest deal. What I enjoy most about this company is that they have great staff and not being particularly computer savvy, I am comforted knowing that their technical staff, will always try and give me phone assistance where possible. So, superb after sales service and they never try to sell you more than you need. I would recommend them any day.

I was phoning around for a battery for my son's laptop. After phoning a few different stores near me, Zukile assisted me. Like all the other people he said he will call me back with a price and availability. He was the only one that called me back. Furthermore he kept me informed as to where the part is and when it will be arriving in the store. Today he fitted it with no hassle and very quick. I have Avery happy son and extremely happy with the communication from Zukile. Well done and keep up the great work.

These guys are so willing and helpful. Ryan assisted me the perfect WiFi UPS, gave me step by step instructions, and telephone support. Zukile managed to revive my laptop which had been declared dead due to old age" by another IT guy in the area

Quick, professional and reasonable pricing. Good shop for all pc/laptop needs. They promptly diagnosed an issue & has stock to fix it. Didn't try to oversell but catered to the need.

The sale staff at this store are so friendly and helpful and willing but the technician is so condescending and unhelpful. Totally lacking in people skills, he seems to have a problem with women.
