I just took delivery of a vehical from Bulisani. What a pleasant experience. He and his colleagues went the extra mile and provided me with a high level of service. I can recommend this business.

14 Feb 2023 3pm - My wife, who drives a Renault Captur, had a puncture across the road from your dealership. She walked across and asked for help in changing the tyre. The person who she spoke to said sorry, unfortunately they can not help her. It did not matter that my wife drives a Renault, one of their products, they just refused to help.So I called to speak to the Dealer Principle, who was not available. I have left a message. Let's see how this goes.....14 Feb 2023 6pm - The Dealer Principle called me and was receptive to the feedback. Also called my wife to apologies. Apparently he will investigate and address his staff appropriately.I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 star, on this basis.

Excellent atmosphere. I had my vehicle 90000 service done yesterday. The service adviser was professional and he advised me on all proceedings. Payment was done with a smile due to the excellent service i received. I am truly honoured to have bought my first vehicle at Northcliff Renault and will continue to support u due to your time and effort you put in to assist the customers. Thank u

Took my vehicle there a few times now for a service,very helpful and call you if they find anything outside the scope of the service. The only problem I had is communication,I found it difficult to reach them to discuss completion time etc. Not sure if this was because of extreme volume that day or a lack of phone lines. Apart from that very happy with their service and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Little back ground on myself, I'm self employed and have an amazing job, part being of a team as a Mistery Shopper, well let's start.Called dealership at 12:45 on Saturday, call taken by a sales Executive by the name Artur, the open conversation was friendly and to the point, all details taken, demo arranged , and on time with calls.Needless of my occupation I looked at mistakes, demo process and product knowledge, again spot on.To many dales executives take time and learn from him.Deal done, car ready on time, feature explained in detail.This is smooth sailing.5 Star rating.

Great service and professionalism. Went there to get my cam-belt and brakes replaced. The service advisor, Mr Douglas Kekana, was very friendly, updated me constantly as the vehicle was being fixed and was very patient in addressing all my questions. The car was nice and clean when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this branch and I must admit, that the service at Renault Northcliff is certainly one for the books. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. This place is horrible in terms of the service I have experienced, the car has been at the dealership since the 5 of December.If you looking for effective and efficient service please don't use this dealership.

A basic service took the entire day, even though I dropped my vehicle off first in the morning, I only got it back at 5pm

Friendly and quick service. Leave your car in the morning, their transporters take you to your destination and in the afternoon or however later, you come back and pick up your cleanly washed and expertly serviced car.Should you want to wait for your car, there is a comfortable lounge with refreshments, or browes through cars in their gallery or second hand car gallery.
